5 x 5 Snatch Pull to Hip + 3 Second down (60/70/80/90/100%) of your Snatch 1 RM
6 x 1 + 1 + 1 Snatch Pull to Hip + Power Snatch + Overhead Squat (60 – 80%)
6 x 1 Snatch Balance from the Rack (60-90%)
4 x 2 Snatch (full or squat snatch to you “CrossFitters”) @ 70/80/90/90+ if able
