10 x Snatch pull to Hip and 3 second eccentric down at 80%
 
WOD:
15′ EMOM
minute 1 = 3 x Snatch at 80%
minute 2 = 30 seconds of Toes 2 Bar
minute 3 = 30 seconds of dips
 
Cool Down:
Accumulate 3′ in the bottom of the overhead squad with PVC or light barbell
