5 x 6 Squat Cleans (50-80%)

WOD:
Death by Power Cleans
Minute 1 = 1 Power Clean
Minute 2 = 2 Power Cleans
Minute 3 = 3 Power Cleans
etc., until you cannot complete the reps for that minute

Cool Down:
Roll the quads and thoracic spine.
