WOD:
 Death by Power Clean
First minute, 1 x Power Clean (135/85)
Second minute, 2 x Power Clean
Third minute, 3 x Power Clean
etc.
Go until you cannot complete the number of reps for that minute.
 
Cool Down:
Roll low back, glutes and hammies
Doorway stretches for calves and big toe!
