Strength/Skill:
Work up to a heavy single Snatch then subtract 10%.  Perform a heavy double snatch with this new weight.
Approximately 6-8 sets of 1 rep will get you close.
 
WOD:
12′ EMOM
Minute 1 = 3 x Snatch 960-70%)
Minute 2 = 20 x Wall Balls
Minute 3 = 10 x Toes 2 Bar
 
Cool Down:
Dead Bug holds:  30 seconds in each position, 1)  both arms and legs up, 2) both arms and legs extended (hollow rock),3)  right arm and left leg down, then 4)  left arm and right leg down.
