5 x 6 Overhead Squat (50-70%)
Then…
7 x 3 Hang Power Snatch (50-70%)
 
WOD:
12′ EMOM
minute 1 = 4 x CrossFit Style Snatches (95/65)
minute 2 = 30 seconds of Double Unders
minute 3 = 10 x Burpees
 
Cool Down:
Spend 3-5 minutes in the bottom of Prize Squat.  Relax the spine and hang.
