 1 Rep Max Day for Clean and Jerk….do NOT miss this day!  It is a day that will live in infamy!
 
This is an all day lifting and skill building day!  
 
Strength/Skill:
Clean Barbell Warm Up
3 Position muscle clean from the hip, the hang above knee and mid shin then 3 x front squats
 
4 x 2 + 1 Clean Pull to Hip + Full Clean (70%)
4 x 2 Jerk from the Rack (60 – 70)
 
Determine 1 Rep Max Clean and Jerk
 
Cool Down:
3 x 1′ Planks
3′ Hamstring Stretch on Each leg
