Strength/Skill:

2 x Thrusters 
Take every lift from the floor!  Build weight as you go.  Start light and finish heavy.
 Rest 5 minutes, then:
 
WOD:

20 Double Unders
Max rep push ups
Score is total number of push ups, so be smart and don’t exhaust yourself early.  Strategize.
 
Cool Down:
Roll head to toe.
Pigeon Stretch.  Hold each side at least 2 minutes.
