3 x 3 tall clean
2 x 5 behind the neck strict press
6 x 2 clean pull
8 x 1 + 2 clean + jerks

WOD –
For time –
20 – 2 Hang power cleans (95/65) **stay light**
alt w/
2 – 20 bar over burpees
**so 20 hang power cleans, 2 burpees, 18 hang power cleans, 4 burpees….
