Strength/Skill:
Front Squat
3 x 3-6
Warm up to a challenging front squat weight.  It should be heavy, but you should still be able to manage at least 3 reps each set.
 
WOD:
5 Rounds for Time:
5 x Front Squat (135/95) from the ground
10 x pull ups
30 x double unders
 
Cash Out:
lacrosse ball roll forearms, foam roll quads, hams, glutes
