Strength/Skill –
2 x 3 position muscle clean w/ barbell
3 x 3 tall clean w/ barbell
2 x 5 behind the neck press
6 x 2 clean pull
8 x 1 cluster

WOD –
Mental Toughness Challenge! This is going to suck – deal with it.
Max Effort 500m Row
Rest 3′
ME Row the time it took you to row the first 500m (if the first 500m took 2 minutes – row as hard as you can for 2 minutes)
Rest 3′
Time trial of the amount of meters you were able to accomplish in the second set (if you were able to row 450m in the second set – row as fast as you can to 450m)
