2 x 3 Muscle Snatch (barbell only)

Bro Day!

Snatch High-Pull 6 x 2 @ 60%

Dip Snatch 8 x 1 @ 60%

Two position power snatch 10 x 2 – Stay light and keep good, explosive form – perform 2 – 2 position power snatches consecutively. Great form on the way back down into the second rep.
