Strength/skill –
3 x 3 tall jerk
3 x 3 tall clean
Warm up to a heavy clean and jerk

WOD –
2′ cap
300m run
Max reps clean and jerk (think Grace weight)
**rest 2′ after each round until you reach 30 total clean and jerks
