2 x 3 position muscle clean w/ barbell
3 x 5 tall clean w/ barbell

6 x 1 clean pull + power clean @ 70%
8 x 1 hang power clean @ 70%

WOD –
12′ EMOM
10 air squat buy-in to each minute
2 power clean AHASP – should be non-consecutive and heavy, but doable
ME double unders
