Take 15 minutes to find your 1 Rep Max on Clean and Jerk!
 
WOD:

Even minutes:  4 x Clean and Jerk (60-75%)
Odd minutes:  10 x wall Balls
 
Cool Down:
Hamstring stretches, 3 sets of 30 seconds on each leg.
Doorway stretches for shoulders.
