Strength/Skill:
Using only the barbell;
3 + 1 Snatch + Overhead Squat from 3 positions:
hip, hang above knee and mid shin.
Sntach + Overhead Squat
5 sets of 3 as heavy as you can manage.
 
WOD:
10′ EMOM
2 x Full (Squat) Snatches (50-70%)
5 x Box Jumps (24/20)
 
Cool Down:
Use a lacrosse ball to roll between the shoulder blades.
3 x 20 seconds of hamstring stretches on each leg.
