Strength/Skill:
Front Squat 5×5 heavy.  Challenge yourself.  This should be heavy to the point that on your second or third set you have doubts about your ability to finish…but finish.
 
Cindy:
20′ AMRAP (As Many Reps as Possible in 20 minutes)
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 air squats
 
Cash Out:
8 x 100 m sprints 30 second rest between each
Walk 800 meters, then stretch.
