Three sets of:
Romanian Deadlift x 6-8 reps @ 3011 (3 second decent/0 second pause/1 second ascent/1 second rest)
Rest 60 seconds
Turkish Get-Ups x 2 reps each arm
Rest 60 seconds
Push-Ups x Max Reps @ 2011
Rest 60 seconds

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
Push Press x 10 reps
Burpees x 10 reps
Box Jump Overs x 10 reps

Cash Out:
Foam Roll/Stretch: pass thrus, scorpion stretch, accumulate 6-10 minutes in the bottom of the squat.  Use support or counterweight if needed.  Good lumbar support – no relaxing the low back/hamstrings in the bottom.  Good form.
