5 x 5 Behind the Neck Press (Medium) Take care to control the weight in both directions.  
Finish the first exercise, then….
8 x 2 Segment Snatch (1′, Above Knee, Hip, Go!) (50-70%)
 
WOD:
15′ EMOM
minute 1 = 4 x Snatch (60%)
minute 2 = 15 x Box Jumps (24/20)
minute 3 = 30 seconds of Double Unders
 
Cool Down:
Roll calves with lacrosse ball, roll front of shin with peanut.
