Strength/Skill:
Segments Snatch with Pause at Knees + Overhead Squat
7 x 3
Seven sets of three.  You will do a segment snatch with a pause at the knee, then Overhead Squat with that weight.  Touch n Go.
 
WOD:
10′ Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM)
3 x Snatches (95/65)
3 x Wall Balls (20/14)
 
Cool Down:
Roll entire spine.
Roll forearms with a lacrosse ball.
