Warm up, then find your new 1 Rep Max in Clean and Jerk.  Go!

WOD:

12′ AMRAP
Buy In:  400m Run
Then, in the remaining time…
5 x Clean and Jerk (50-60%)
10 x Toes to Bar
15 x Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

Post WOD:

5 x Max Effort L sit holds
Scale:  Knees to chest and hold as long as you can manage
