Strength/Skill –
3 x 3 clean pull
3 x 5 push press
then 6 x 2 + 1 power clean + jerk
alt w/
single arm kb bent over rows AHAP and ASAP 5 x 8 each arm

WOD –
9′ AMRAP
9 hang power cleans (135/95) – if scaling, choose a weight that is challenging for 9 reps without stopping
9 HRPUs
9 K2E – first scale is T2B, yes T2B are much easier…then move on to knees to chest, etc.
