Strength:

2 x Three Position Muscle Snatch (Barbell Only)
Then…
3 x 5 Sotts Press (Barbell or PVC Only)
Then…
6 x 1 Snatch Balance (As heavy as safely possible)
Then…
8 x 1 Snatch Balance (Heavy but safe)

WOD:

8-12 x 1 Snatch (Heavy)
If you finish everything…you went too fast but…
6 x 5 Overhead Squat (50-70%)

Cool Down:

Spend 2 minutes each side in pigeon stretch
