Lifting Daaaaayyyyyy!

Strength:

Clean 6 x 1 (50-70%)
Then….
Press from Split 5 x 5 (Don’t exceed 70%), warm the shoulders up.

WOD:

Find your 1 Rep Max in Clean and Jerk

If you finish early, GO DO YOUR CORE WORK!

Core Work:

5 x 10 Hanging Oblique Raises.  Under control, no swinging, pull the knees up to the opposite shoulder and contract hard at the top.
