Strength:

Hang Power Clean (50-80%) 10 x 1
Deadlift the bar to the high hang (hip crease), slide the hips back, don’t bend the knees, until the bar is just above the knee caps. ¬†Pull with the posterior chain in the POWER Clean.
5 x 3 Front Squat (50-90%)

WOD:

Death by Clean and Jerk + Burpee Over Bar
Minute 1 = One Clean and Jerk (50-60%) AND one burpee over the bar
Minute 2 = 2 x Clean and Jerks AND two burpees over the bar
Continue adding one rep to each movement each minute until you cannot complete the reps for that round.
