Hang Power Clean (50-80%) 10 x 1
Deadlift the bar to the high hang (hip crease), slide the hips back, don’t bend the knees, until the bar is just above the knee caps. Pull with the posterior chain in the POWER Clean.
5 x 3 Front Squat (50-90%)
Death by Clean and Jerk + Burpee Over Bar
Minute 1 = One Clean and Jerk (50-60%) AND one burpee over the bar
Minute 2 = 2 x Clean and Jerks AND two burpees over the bar
Continue adding one rep to each movement each minute until you cannot complete the reps for that round.
