Strength:

2 x Three Position Muscle Snatch (Barbell Only)
Then….
6-8 Perfect Snatches (pick Load), emphasis should be on technique and form, not weight.  Power or Full Snatch is acceptable.

WOD:

15′ AMRAP
Buy In:  400m Run (One and done, don’t repeat)
Then, in the remaining time…
2 x Snatches (60%)(slow down, check position)
4 x C2B Pull Ups
8 x Box Jumps (24/20)

Core Work:

5 x 20 From the front plank position, alternate knees, bring the knee up to the opposite elbow.  Stay tight in the core.
