Strength:

Clean & Jerk 5 x 5 (50/55/60/65/70%)
This is for technique practice, not for speed or strength.  Take your time, make perfect lifts.  Fix your feet and positioning before recovering.
WOD:

4 Rounds
3′ AMRAP
5 x Cleans (60%)
5 x Toes 2 Bar
5 x Burpees
5 x Goblet Squats (53/35)

Core Work:

Flutter Kicks 5 x 50 (count one leg)
