3 x 3 tall snatch
5 x 5 OHS – light
6 x 1 power snatch + OHS

WOD –
4 RFT
20 wall balls
30 lateral hops over wall ball (or just over a line – whatever the athlete is comfortable with)
40 abmat situps
200m run
