Strength:

Warmup, then….
14′ Alternate each minute between:
4 x Front Squats (60%)
45 SECONDS of Double Unders

WOD:

4 Rounds for Time:
6 x Squat Cleans (135/95)
9 x Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
12 x Toes 2 Bar

Post WOD Core:
A single max effort front plank hold.  If you come out of the front plank, you’re done.  Log it.  Welcome to September’s Core Challenge!
