Strength/Skill:
Skill Work:  Hang Clean
Alternate between the Hang Muscle, Hang Power and Hang Squat Clean using only the bar.  This is technique time not impress your fellow athletes time.
 
WOD:
Death by Clean and Jerk:
Minute 1:  1 C & J (95/65)
Minute 2:  2 x C & J
Minute 3:  3 x C & J….etc.,  until you cannot complete the number of lifts for that round.  Last person standing wins.
 
Cool Down:
Wrist Stretches
Scorpion stretch
Dragon stretch.
