Overhead Squat
5 x 50/55/60/65/70%
Then….
8 x 1 Light Snatches (Not to exceed 60%) Work on Perfect Form

WOD:

15′ EMOM (Alternate between)
minute 1 = 4 x Snatches (60%)
minute 2 =  45 seconds ME Air Squat
minute 3 = 45 seconds ME Toes to Bar
