Strength/Skill:
Snatch + Overhead Squat
3 x 10 with the heaviest weight you can safely snatch AND OHS.
If your OHS form is not safe, you will substitute front squat after the snatch.
 
WOD:
 3 Sets:
Complete as many reps as possible in 60 seconds of Snatch as heavy as possible.
Rest 3 minutes between sets
 
Cool Down:
 Roll glutes, hamstrings, quads and IT band.
