2 x Three Position Muscle Snatch (Barbell Only)
Then….
6 x 1 Snatch Balance (Heavy but safe)
Then…
6 – 8 x 1 Power Snatch (50-80%)
Then…
8 – 12 x 1 Snatch (If you’ve been here more than 6 months, and you’re healthy, work “Squat Snatch”) (Heavy)
If you finish….
6 x 3 Overhead Squat (50-80%)
