Take 20′ to find your 1 Rep Max (1RM) for Overhead Squat
 
WOD:
15′ EMOM
Minute 1 = 4 x Snatches (60%)
Minute 2 = 20 x Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
Minute 3 = 40 second plank hold
 
Cool Down:
 Butterfly Stretches 3 minutes, with straight back.
