Strength/Skill –
Warm up for 20′ to a heavy double on cleans (yes, that means squat cleans)
alternate sets w/
5 x 10 bottom burpees for time – as fast as humanly possible
WOD –
4 RFT
4 Heavy (non-consecutive) squat cleans
8 Bar over burpees
25 double unders
