Strength:

2 x Three Position Muscle Snatch (barbell Only)
Then….
8 x 1 Segment Snatch (1″, Above Kneecap, High Hang, Finish) (50-80%)

WOD:

14′ EMOM
Minute 1 = 4 x Snatches (60%) (Squat SN is Rx)
Minute 2 = 20 x Wall Balls (20/14)

Cool Down:

Spend at least 2 minutes on each side in the couch stretch.
