Snatch plus Overhead Squat
3 sets of 6 reps; One Power Snatch followed by three Overhead Squats
 
WOD:
Snatch:  3 x 60%; 3 x 70%; 2 x 75%; 1 RM
Rest a minute between each set.
Then,
Clean and Jerk:  3 x 60%; 3 x 70%; 2 x 75%; 1 RM
Rest a minute between each set.
 
Cool Down:
Roll from head to toe.
