Three Position Muscle Snatch 2 Rounds (Barbell Only)
Then…
8 x 1 + 2 Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squat (50-70%)

WOD:

16′ EMOM
minute 1 = 4 x Snatch or Power SN (60%)
minute 2  = 15 x Wall Balls (20/14)
minute 3 = 10 x Toes 2 Bar
minute 4 = 10 x Burpees Over Bar
