LIFTING DAAAAAYYYY!

Strength/Skill:

3 Position Muscle Snatch x 2 with a barbell only

5 x 3 Sotss Press as heavy as safely possible.

5 x 3 Hang Power Snatch (40-70%)

8-12 x 1 Heavy Snatch (70-90+) Set a new 1 Rep if you’re having a good day.

5 x 5 Overhead Squat (40-70%)

Cool Down:

Spend at least 2 minutes in pigeon stretch on each leg.
