Snatch Balance 5 x 3 for form, then….
Snatch Pull to Hip + Snatch 6 x 1 + 1 at 60%
 
WOD:
6 x 2 + 1 Power Snatch + Overhead Squat (70-80%)
then…
6 x 2 “Full” Snatch as heavy as you are able, then…
6 x 1 Pull to hip + 6 second negative (8-100+%)
 
Cool Down:
Hamstring Stretches
