Squat Clean 5 x 50/55/60/65/70%

WOD:

5 x 3′ AMRAPS
5 x Power Clean (60%)
5 x Burpee Over Bar
10 x Wall Balls (20/14)
1′ Rest between

*Yes, this is very similar to The Chief that we did last week, but much, much, much worse….hehehe.

Cool Down:

Spend at least 2 minutes on each side in Pigeon Stretch.
