Minute 1 = 4 x Snatches (60-70%)
Minute 2 = 4 x Wall Walks
Minute 3 = 30 seconds of Supine Barbell Rows
 
Cool Down:
Hamstring Stretches Accumulate 3 minutes on each leg
Banded Shoulder Stretches
