Strength/Skill:
Overhead Squat + Sotts Press or if OHS is good then 3 x 6 for strength 
 
WOD:
 3 Rounds for Time:
15 x Toes 2 Bar
25 x Kb Swings (53/35)
5 x Push Press (95/65)
 
Cool Down:
Hamstring stretch – 2 minutes on each side
Roll forearms with a lacrosse ball
