Strength/Skill –
2 x 3 position muscle snatch
3 x 3 tall snatch
2 x 5 OHS w/ barbell
6 x 2 snatch pull
8 x 1 + 2 hang power snatch + OHS

WOD –
16′ EMOM
1st min – 4 quality power snatches (non-consecutive)
2nd min – 10 dips
3rd min – 5 thrusters w/ snatch weight
4th min – 200m run
