6 x 3 Snatch from the Hang Above Knee (40-70%)

WOD:
15′ EMOM
Minute 1 = 4 x Snatches (60%)
Minute 2 = 10 x Burpees Over Bar
Minute 3 = 30 seconds Goblet Squat (53/35)

Cool Down:
Banded Shoulder Stretches. Use a lacrosse ball to roll the space between the spine and shoulder blades.
