Strength/Skill –
2 x 3 position muscle snatch
6 x 2 behind the neck snatch grip push jerk
8 x 2 snatch balance @ 60%

WOD –
9′ Clock – perform the following max effort sets
1st min – max effort OH walking lunges
2nd min – max effort dips
3rd min – max effort box jumps
4th min – max effort bar/towel hangs
rest 1′ and repeat
score is total # of reps accomplished
