Just a good ol’ fashioned Bro sesh today.  We will pick things up and put them down!
 
Strength/Skill:
4 x 2 + 3 Deadhang Snatch + Sots Press with a light Barbell
 
WOD:
6 x 1 + 2 Power Snatch + Overhead Squat (60-80%)
then….
3 x 2 Heavy Snatches (70-90+%)
 
Cool Down:
3 x 1′ planks
Roll the posterior chain.
