Strength/Skill:
Work up to a heavy single Clean & Jerk, then subtract 10% and perform a heavy double with this new weight.
Approximately 6-8 sets of singles should get you close.
 
WOD:
4 Rounds For Time
10 x Cleans (60-70%)
10 x Box Jumps (24/20)
10 x Wall Balls (20/14)
 
Cool Down:
Supine Wall Squat for 3-5 minutes
Squat holds in the rack
