Today we will be determining your 1 Rep Max on Snatch.  This is an important day!  We will be picking up things and setting them down today.

Strength/Skill:
3 Position Barbell Muscle snatch.  3 From the Hip, from the Hang above the Knee and from Mid Shin.  Then, three Overhead Squats.
4 x 2 + 1 Snatch Pull to Hip plus Snatch (70%)
3 x 1 + 1 Deadhang Snatch + Hang Snatch from above the Knee (60-70%)
Determine your 1 Rep Max in Snatch
 
Cool Down:
3-5 Minutes in the Supine Wall Squat.
Roll the T-spine.
