Set 1:  3 reps of about 50%
Set 2:  2 reps of about 75%
Set 3:  1 rep of about 85%
Set 4:  1 rep of about 90-95%
Set 5:  1 rep of 100%
Set 6 Optional: beat set 5

7 box jumps (24/20)
7 burpees
7 Kb swings (53/35)
 
Cool Down:
Accumulate 3 minutes in the bottom of the squat.
Use lacrosse ball for hip flexors and to get deep into the glutes.
